Website privacy.

When you use our contact or recommendation forms, we use the information you provide to read your message and respond when appropriate. Recommendations are private.

What happens to your message

Your name, email address (if provided), message, and relevant app name are sent through our email service. Contact messages and recommendations are not stored in a website database. Our hosting and email providers may process technical delivery and security information.

Cindy HiiT beta signups

When you join the beta list, we store your email address, optional first name, signup date, app, platform, and the version of the signup notice in a private website database hosted by our provider. We use these details for beta invitations and feedback requests, not general marketing. The signup list is not publicly accessible. To help prevent spam, we temporarily store a hash derived from your network address and a time window.

You can leave the beta list or request deletion at any time by emailing contactus@mataforge.com. We keep your signup while the beta programme is active, unless you ask us to remove it sooner.

Your choices

Name and email are optional for app recommendations. Please do not include passwords, health records, or other sensitive information. To request deletion of a message or ask a privacy question, use the contact form.
